ENTRIES

We will be using a central entry system. The entries are to be made on the second Monday from the day of the rodeo. Entries can be made between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm Saskatchewan time by fax , by phone or by the link on the website. You must  indicate your first choice and then your second choice of performances.  All efforts will be made to accommodate everyone with their choices however we will not be able to ensure this.  You can only match up with 4 persons when entering. The CCA entry secretary will take the entries for team roping. Entries for the rodeos that have pole bending will also be taken out west.

The entry fees will be the same as the barrel racing and a CCA membership for the poles is required.  Callbacks are Wednesday from 9:30 to 2:30 Saskatchewan Time. If you are not able to attend the performance you are entered the Turn Out Rule will apply.

You are also  given the opportunity to do a Trade to another performance with another person in that performance.   A Trade is when you switch places with another contestant be it a timed event position of stock , and in the rough stock event they have to have drawn the same horse or bull.  Once you have confirmed your trade with this person, one of these members must call the CCA office  to let them know, so they are able to notify the rodeo secretary to make the changes on the judges cards. The CCA must be notified by the Friday after Callbacks.
